Two surrey sides, Carshalton Athletic and Chipstead have been accepted into the Kent Youth League for this season, writes Stephen McCartney. Both sides shall play in the under 18 Northern Division, which gives that division fourteen teams. And Greenwich Borough will be fielding a side in the same division.
