Gravesend's six in the city
SIX Gravesend & Northfleet players have been
called up to play for the London Football Association's under sixteen
representative team against Kent at the end of October, writes Stephen
McCartney.
Four players, Nathan Gee, Michael Barker, Ray Marshall and Alan Matthews are in
the sixteen-man-squad whilst Lewis Cox and Danny Waldren are on standby.
The squad has seven players from Dulwich Hamlet, two from Dulwich Park and Robin
Cross and Sean King represent Kent sides Bromley and West Wickham respectively.
Ugo Udoji, from Cray Valley has been selected and two of his team-mates, Danny
Bell and Ryan Hay, are waiting on the sidelines if required.
The London Football Association insists selected players must give priority to a
County selection and are not permitted to play in any other fixture on the day
of the game.
The game, which kicks off at 1.00pm, takes place at Go Travel Kent League club
Lordswood at their ground on North Dane Way, Walderslade, Chatham on Sunday 31st
October.
