Conference National club Dagenham & Redbridge’s transfer-listed midfielder Chris Piper is expected to join up his brother Lenny at Southern League Division One East side Fisher Athletic this week.

Twenty-four-year-old Piper will leave Victoria Road on a free transfer once the paperwork has been completed.

Piper played 41 games for the Daggers, scoring four goals after joining from Farnborough Town a year ago and will become Fisher’s second impressive signing in a week after the arrival of former Welling United midfielder Anthony Riviere.
