Welcome to the new look Kentish Football Website, the official online media resource, which tackles every story effecting football in Kent.

In June 2003 it was discovered that there was a market for a website, which covers all levels of non-league football in Kent.

Now in its third successful season www.kentishfootball.co.uk is the only website, which concentrates on providing a central information resource, which covers major breaking news, manager interviews and match reports from all levels of the game in Kent.

The creation of www.kentishfootball.co.uk was initiated by Stephen McCartney, 28, Chief Editor.  His background in journalism started in 2001 with Bromley Football Club.  Stephen's roles were Programme Editor and Press Officer at the Ryman League club.

www.kentishfootball.co.uk has obtained such a good reputation amongst clubs, managers and supporters, which has lead to content distribution agreements with organisations such as local Kent press and BBC Radio Kent.

We grant permission for clubs to publish our articles for their match day programmes and websites but if you do, please credit Stephen McCartney - www.kentishfootball.co.uk

Also we'd be grateful to receive donations in order to maintain the website.  Cheques - made payable to Stephen McCartney - should be sent to: Stephen McCartney, 9 Birch Way, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 3DA

THE REAL DEAL - BY TOMMY SAMPSON
In the summer we were proud to bring you EXCLUSIVELY "The Real Deal" by Tommy Sampson.

Sampson revealed his own personal account of events both humorous, controversial and at times sentimental as he lead Deal Town to win the FA Vase in 2000.

Roly Graham's 87th minute goal helped the Kent League side defeat Chippenham Town 1-0 at Wembley Stadium.
